I Don't Wanna Die?

Secret 7” is a global charity art project inviting creatives to design record sleeves inspired by a selection of seven songs, with only 700 artworks chosen for final production and exhibition. Selected as one of the exhibiting artists, I created a sleeve for Vampire Weekend’s Harmony Hall, drawing inspiration from the lyric “I don’t wanna live like this, but I don’t wanna die” and its sense of tension and contradiction.

The work was exhibited at NOW Gallery, London, and later sold as part of an online auction, contributing to the project’s fundraising efforts, which raised £134,000 for the charity Help Refugees.
